  • Increase your water intake to stay hydrated. Drinking water before meals can satisfy one before the main meal, thus reducing the amount consumed. Therefore, the calorie intake will be lowered. This facilitates a reduction in body weight and hence gradual face fat reduction.
  • Reduce your consumption of saturated fats and pick carbohydrates as your main source of energy-giving food. Carbs have high soluble fibre that binds with cholesterol in the small intestines to prevent fat absorption in the bloodstream.
